Our Organization
The NGO, Jaidevi Rajaram Charity Foundation was formed in March, 2021 as section 8 company under Indian Company Act. It’s operations were started in July 2021 .
NGO aims to promote awareness and undertakes projects in the field of water conservation mainly by constructing rain water harvesting pits and rejuvenating ponds to improve ground water recharge; to make efforts to reduce drop out cases mainly of girls in intermediate level of schooling by way of providing financial support; to organise carrier counselling in colleges; to improve computer literacy in rural India with focus on girls; to improve living standards of senior citizens in villages & to work towards farmers & women empowerment etc.

What we do
Meet the Team
He graduated in Electrical Engineering from University of Roorkee (now IITR) in 1983, did M Tech in Power Systems from IIT Kanpur in 1985. He joined Indian Railways as Assistant Electrical Engineer in 1986 and served several Railways in different capacities including RDSO. He served IRCTC, a PSU under Ministry of Railways, for nearly 12 years. During his tenure in IRCTC he looked after Rail Neer department and was instrumental in setting up 12 Rail Neer Plants across India and also acquired knowledge of operation and maintenance of such plants. During his service period in IRCTC, he realised that effective ground water recharge is the need of today in India. After retirement from IRCTC, he decided to contribute to society mainly in the field of Water Conservation and took up the project of Rain Water Harvesting Pits in more scientific and effective manner.
Founder
Siya Ram Sachan
She did her Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts and Master of Philosophy from Kanpur University. She also did B Ed and M Ed from Agra University. She took active participation in number of social activities undertaken by Indian Railways Women Welfare Organisations in various Railways. During this period she realised the need of girl education to empower women and particularly computer education in rural India. She envisaged the plan to provide financial support to girls of poor families to reduce the school drop outs.

Mithlesh Sachan
He post graduated ( M Tech) in Plastic engineering from CIPET, Bhubaneswar after completing BSc & MSc from Kanpur University. He is a Polymer Technologist, Researcher and Adviser by profession, having a set of business expertise in the field of plastic materials and its applications. He is a young entrepreneur and is having good knowledge in plastic recycling technology which can be used to reduce plastic pollution on the earth.
